Because our cards are physical goods, we want to be clear and fair about how returns work.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Cards must be unused and in their original condition
- Packaging should be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Personalized or custom cards are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at cardeologysocial@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item or items you would like to return
- A brief explanation
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution. We are always happy to work with you directly.
