We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (fraud happens, unfortunately).

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are physical greeting cards:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition

If there’s an issue, email us first. We’re (mostly) human, not robots (as much as we love our robot friends).
